By uploading files to Deployo or accessing any share link, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Deployo is a temporary file distribution service for mobile application builds. It allows you to upload iOS (.ipa) and Android (.apk, .aab) files and share them via a unique link. Files are automatically deleted after 72 hours.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Deployo to distribute mobile application builds that you have the legal right to distribute. Permitted uses include:

  • Sharing beta builds with testers
  • Internal QA and development distribution
  • Distributing apps you have developed or are authorized to share

3. Prohibited uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Uploading malware, spyware, ransomware, or any application designed to harm devices or users
  • Distributing apps that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Sharing cracked or modified versions of commercial applications without authorization
  • Uploading any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of intended recipients
  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits or security controls
  • Using the service for automated bulk uploads without prior consent

4. File expiry

All uploaded files and associated share links expire automatically 72 hours after upload. After expiry, the file, icon, QR code, and all metadata are permanently deleted. We do not maintain backups of uploaded files. Do not use Deployo as long-term file storage.

5. Rate limiting

To ensure fair access, Deployo enforces upload rate limits per IP address. Excessive requests may result in temporary blocks. Contact us if you need higher limits for legitimate use.

6. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. By uploading a file, you represent that you have the legal right to distribute it and that it complies with these terms. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deployo from any claims arising from your use of the service.

7. Content removal

We reserve the right to remove any uploaded file at any time, without notice, if we determine it violates these terms or applicable law. All files are deleted after 72 hours regardless.

8. No warranty

Deployo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deployo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Deployo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
